My family and friends were please with the exceptional service we received from a very professional and considerate staff. Everything was organized and well presented. I don’t think my mother could have asked for a better service.

Cecil Glenn Fulkerson, 86, of Mount Washington, passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2018. He was a Kentucky Colonel and a proud United States Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jess and Julia Raymond Fulkerson; his wife, Irene Thompson Fulkerson; a step-son, Denny Keithley; a step-daughter, Dianna Broy; two brothers, Vernon and Ernest Fulkerson; along with a sister, Cloetta Porter. He is survived by his daughter, Kimberly Ann Troutman (Jason); a son, Douglas Glenn Fulkerson (Mary); a step-son, Jim Keithley (Pat); one brother, Paul Dean Fulkerson (Barbara); one sister, Martha Bischoff (Ron); eighteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; along with his special companion, Ruby Kilner. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Friday at the McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Thursday and after 9 a.m. Friday. Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
