Ray Noah

Ray Noah, 80, of Mt. Washington, returned to the Lord on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Norton Audubon Hospital.  He was a native of Molus, Kentucky, a retired coal superintendent, an Army veteran, and a member of Mt. Washington Church of God.  He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Emma Helton Noah; his parents, Clyde and Mamie Noah; and a brother, Don Noah.  Ray is survived by his daughter, Peggy Ernspiker (David); two sons, Steven Ray (Kristi) and Todd Edward Noah; two sisters, Sue Helton (Ronnie) and Wilma Gross;  along with grandchildren, Ashley Johnson (David), Noah Ernspiker (Molly), Ethan and Hudson Noah, and Michael Ray Noah; along with great grandchildren, Emma and Annslee.  Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Brookland Cemetery.  Friends may visit from 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.  Memorial gifts are suggested to the National Stroke Association.   


I love the picture of Ray. That's how I will always remember him. He was always smiling and in a "big way." We will miss him, as I know his family and everyone who knew him will.
