Margie Catherine Ashbaugh, 93, of Bullitt County, passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2018 at Green Meadows Health Care Center in Mt. Washington. She was a school teacher at Cedar Grove Elementary, a farmer, and a faithful member of River View Baptist Church for 73 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Maggie Warden; her sister, Beulah Vincent; brother, Samuel Warden; her husband, Robert Ashbaugh; her daughter, Judy Immerso; and her son, Ronnie Ashbaugh. Left behind to cherish her memory, her daughter, Janet Lee (Doug); along with grandchildren, Jo Richardson, Joy Saltkill, Jeremy Lee (Kelly), Jason Immerso (Beth), Jeff Immerso (Amanda), Troy Ashbaugh, and Tonya Norton; 14 Great Grandchildren, Jonathan, Justin, Cody, Stetson, Dakota, Robert, Junior, Alex, Jacob, Dylan, Olivia, Claire, Caroline, and Ruby; and one great-great granddaughter, Kayla. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Mt. Washington Cemetery. Friends may visit from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and after 9 a.m. Wednesday. Memorial gifts are suggested to River View Baptist Church.
